Weapon Check Policy

Our current weapons safety marshals are Nate Prusi and Pablo Rodriguez.

Weapon Safety Check will begin @ 7:30 pm on the Friday night of an event, and will take place in the tavern. Safety check will generally end at about 10:00 pm to allow members of Safety staff to get ready for game.

After game start all members of Safety staff will be carrying weapon safety tags on them so that they may check weapons during game for, either, those who arrived late or may have repaired a weapon during game.

If you can't seem to find someone on the field and you need a weapon checked, head over to monster camp and ask there for a safety marshal.

Packets "Go Green"

Since we have initiated our "Go Green" initiative for packets, as set forth below, and we are looking for packet donations NERO Hartford is offering the following special offer for the upcoming event [3/6/10]

For packets marked NPC: 2 packets = 1 Goblin Point
For unmarked packets: 4 packets = 1 Goblin Point

Please remember that all spell packets and arrow packets must be in Natural Colors such as browns and greens, and made of all natural fibers.

Please note that Camp Cedarcrest has asked that we "Go Green" with our packets. As was announced and implemented in the 2008 Season, all packets brought on site and/or donated must be made with natural fabrics, and other than orange for gas globes, spell packets must also be in natural colors, such as browns and greens.
