Check-in starts at 7:00 PM on Friday, Game On/Opening Ceremonies take place usually between 10 and 10:30 PM and the game ends about 1:00 PM on Sunday, with all players expected to be off-site by 4:00 PM.

Please note: The attendance fee includes all meals [Bottled or canned beverages not included]. Beverages and snacks will available for sale, and prices will be posted in the tavern.

Please Note: Any dietary needs must be noted in the appropriate field on the Pre-Registration form.  NERO Hartford will attempt to accomodate needs known in advance.

All PCs and NPCs are encouraged to pre-register. As we have stated before, this information is needed for cabin assignment, treasure distribution calculations, food purchase determinations, etc.
